The Opportunity:

We are looking for a part-time

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

to join our pediatric team. You'll work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to implement creative, goal-driven treatment plans for children with a variety of developmental needs. This role is perfect for a COTA who loves working with kids, enjoys hands-on therapy, and values being part of a supportive, small-team setting.

Responsibilities:

Carry out treatment sessions based on OT-developed plans Engage children in play-based, functional activities to support development Monitor and document client progress Communicate with supervising OT and contribute to treatment planning Provide feedback and guidance to families on strategies and home programming Help maintain a clean, organized, and kid-friendly therapy space

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program Licensed and certified to practice as a COTA in Kansas Pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork in pediatrics also considered) Positive, patient, and playful approach with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated and reliable

Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited OTA program
OTA License from the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
