Nuvia is hiring for a detail-oriented Patient Refund Coordinator who is very organized. We have a rapidly growing network of dental implant centers across the country. This position will work with our Finance team at our corporate office in Cottonwood Heights, UT, supporting the financial operations of these centers. Hours are Monday-Friday 40hr a week. Hybrid remote schedule is available after training is complete and you are working independently!

Role: The patient refund coordinator will be working directly with the finance department to reconcile, research, and process refunds and can grow as the company grows. This role will require a sharp eye for detail and great critical thinking skills, as well as outstanding morals and ethics.
Responsibility:
  • Understand and live our company values
  • Accept refund forms from each center and enter into a tracking system as well as update tracking system as the process continues
  • Research refund requests and communicate with the proper channels on approval processes
  • Communicate with financing companies on dispute requests and send proper documentation when needed
  • Work with other Finance team members to reconcile and update patient refund queues
  • Respond to inquiries from other team members about status or denials
  • Document new and existing policies and procedures
  • Other tasks and obligations as necessary

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Able to learn quickly and work accurately
  • High sense of morals and ethics
  • Critical thinker and self-starter, doesn\xe2\x80\x99t need to be micro-managed
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
  • Able to adapt and change as the company grows and responsibilities grow with it
  • Friendly and positive with a team-oriented attitude, keeping communication as a priority.
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Attentive and responsive
  • Can follow processes well.

Results: Able to provide the most accurate and detail-oriented results possible. The company should be able to trust in the work of this person, and they are able to meet assigned deadlines as needed. Good quality data will be provided, with a focus on being friendly and cooperative to the team and other individuals within the company. Communication will be well-rounded at each turn.
