We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care from initial consultation through starting treatment, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a background in dental administrative support.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar efficiently. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history. Explain treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care and follow-up. Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues related to treatment or scheduling. Stay updated on medical terminology and office procedures to provide accurate information to patients. Other duties as required

Experience



Highschool diploma or its equivalent At least 2 years related experience required OR 2 years' experience in dentistry, preferable orthodontics
