This job is responsible for handling patient billing inquiries for the Health System. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working directly with patients to provide customer service and collect past due balances. This job ensures patients receive the best service through timely and accurate responses. Education Required \xe2\x80\x93 High School diploma or equivalent Preferred \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\'s degree Work Experience Required \xe2\x80\x93 1 year of customer service, healthcare, or office experience Preferred \xe2\x80\x93 Previous call center experience Experience with medical terminology in a medical billing environment Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
