Arkansas Center for Data Sciences (ACDS) is helping PeopleShores hire a cohort of Customer Service Call Center Agents in Pine Bluff, Arkansas .

As a Customer Service Call Center Agent, you will provide support by taking inbound calls and submitting tickets or escalating calls. You can expect 15-20 calls/day and will use your strong communication skills to produce high-quality, thorough documentation.



If you are people-oriented, possess outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, have the ability to multi-task, and pay close attention to detail, you are a perfect candidate!

Requirements

• Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
• Ability to work onsite at the office in Pine Bluff, AR area
• High School diploma, or equivalent
