The Partner Services Analyst - Shipping coordinator will act as a front-line contact for the internal and external customers. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service experience regarding Raypak whole goods and parts orders. Support is provided by accepting and processing orders, coordinating with shipping, production control, and warehouse teams to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements, and assisting customers with product selection, order tracking, problem resolution, and warranty questions via phone and email. Also responsible for handling customer escalations and providing expert subject matter support for customers (internal and external) and the Partner Services Team.

This position will serve our Raypak Pool Division, located in Ft. Myers, FL.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO-

\xc2\xb7 Represents Customer Service as subject matter expert for Order Management or other major functional areas.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive phone contact with wholesalers, retailers, sales agencies, and the Rheem sales team concerning production and shipping dates, price, and availability of product.

\xc2\xb7 Manage proper product selection and substitutions, out of stocks or obsolete product situations, authorization to return goods resolution of damaged and short orders, truckload scaling optimization as well as water heater and parts division policies and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively understand and communicate product warranty for all product types including the more advanced warranty products and customer specific warranty programs, and the steps needed to return a water heater or process it for warranty reimbursement or to offer appropriate reimbursements for all customer exchanges including more difficult exchanges.

\xc2\xb7 Properly document phone calls and emails.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies and resolves system issues to ensure proper order management.

\xc2\xb7 Works closely with the plants and warehouses to ensure proper order placement for effective use of production resources.

\xc2\xb7 Receive, enter, change, or cancel orders received through email, EDI, or other digital channels. Understand the differences between channels, customers, and product type.

\xc2\xb7 Properly document all orders from all channels.

\xc2\xb7 Track orders and work with production, shipping, warehouses, and carriers to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

\xc2\xb7 React quickly to changing priorities, processes, and systems.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate 3rd party logistics order processing including interfacing with carriers and scheduling pickups.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively handle and resolve all types of escalations.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle order movement, adjust system SKUs and perform basic EBS administration at a RUSH user level including all reporting and research responsibilities.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED-

\xc2\xb7 Business School Certificate/Diploma or other post high school training.

\xc2\xb7 Business Administration or related field.

\xc2\xb7 Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advance education often with little prior experience less than one year.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to speak effectively before groups of manufacturer representatives, customers and employees of the company.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.

HOW TO STAND OUT-

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in entering and retrieving data from order management system.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to solve problems in variable situations.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced mathematical skills including the ability to calculate discounts and percentages.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Payscale for this role based in California is: $55,860-$69,000. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria\xe2\x80\x9d.
