Job Description
Hershey Ice cream is looking for a part-time summer office help at our Augusta, Maine branch. Job Summary: \xc2\xb7 Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. \xc2\xb7 Workdays are Monday through Wednesday. \xc2\xb7 Hours are 8am to 2pm. \xc2\xb7 Paid Holidays and accrued sick time. Responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Answering incoming calls \xc2\xb7 Make outgoing calls for ice cream orders. \xc2\xb7 Entering orders into our ordering system. \xc2\xb7 Print daily loading reports and dealer invoices. \xc2\xb7 Help with upkeep of office space. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Must have proper phone etiquette. \xc2\xb7 Be 16 years old. \xc2\xb7 Be hard working. \xc2\xb7 Dependable. \xc2\xb7 Enthusiastic. \xc2\xb7 Have basic computer knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Enjoying working independently. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Schedule:
- No weekends
- Augusta, ME 04330: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
