Part Time Office Position - Office Manager The office position will report to the off site manager The job is part time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday\'s 1pm-6pm. Tasks include but are not limited to:
showing apartments
meeting with applicants and tenants to collect paperwork for lease renewals and lease signings
scanning and sending documents to corporate office
creating and sending notices to tenants with information
contacting tenants about appointments and paperwork needed
collecting rent and entering into software
putting tenant information in software
scanning bills and sending to accounts payables
speaking with local housing authority to coordinate assistance for move ins
day to day office operations
Applicant must have excellent customer service and problem solving skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule:
