The Office Coordinator will be responsible for core (and appreciated!) front desk functions, managing supplies, creating a neat and organized workspace, and other administrative functions. Key Job Responsibilities
  • Order various office supplies and swag for Apex
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space
  • Act as a liaison for vendors and Apex Service Partners
  • Perform various administrative-related tasks
  • Answer and assist with inbound phone calls
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Located in the Tampa Bay Area
  • Ability to work regularly in our beautiful Downtown Tampa location
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize based on importance
  • Scrappy, hands-on mentality with superb communication practices
