We are seeking a detailed oriented, compassionate, and organized part-time office administrator to support the daily operations of our church. This role is vital to maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, church members, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who values both administrative excellence and the mission of our church.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages church communications (e-mail, phone, newsletters, bulletins, website)
Maintains church calendar, scheduling events and facility use
Oversees filing systems and recordkeeping
Orders supplies and manages office inventory
Greets and assists visitors with warmth and professionalism
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in office technology and willingness to learn church database/media
platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Experience in church or nonprofit setting preferred
Alignment with values and mission of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church

Schedule and Compensation:
Tuesday through Thursday, 12 hours per week (flexible time between 9 am - 3 pm)
$20 per hour
