What You'll Do:
You'll be the friendly face of the LJCC--managing daily office operations, assisting members and visitors, coordinating building needs, and keeping our finances and records organized. Responsibilities include:
Handling bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks, deposits, payroll support)
Communicating with members, vendors and visitors
Coordinating the maintenance and functionality of our building and property
Providing administrative support to staff, board, and committees including grant management
Supporting programs and events
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Ability to work independently and multitask
High school diploma (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
Familiarity with Jewish customs and/or ShulCloud a plus
