We are a family ran commercial roofing firm that has been around for 40+ years. Our firm specializes in commercial, industrial, roof maintenance, and institutional roofing. We are looking for 1-2 Outside Sales Reps to drive our growing footprint through the DFW/TX region.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive our commercial roofing service sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, commercial roofing, and service/maintenance sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

You Should Know Some of the Following:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry. Some experience estimating roofing jobs Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
