1099 Independent Contractor
Commission-only role (draw available)

Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect and contact potential customers to generate new business
Perform roof inspections to assess for damage
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Secure account contracts to drive sales
Estimate/quote prices, contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support
Assist customers with insurance claims and general contracting needs
Qualifications
Outside sales experience required (roofing or construction industry preferred)
Personable, goal-oriented, sales-driven, and self-motivated
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills
Professional presentation, communication, and time-management skills

Physical Demands
Ability to climb ladders (minimum 26 ft.) and walk on roofs daily
Frequently required to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
