Canvass commercial properties to identify roofs with storm damage
Conduct thorough commercial roof inspections
Manage the entire sales process--from first contact to signed contract
Assist property owners in navigating the insurance claims process to secure a new roof covered by their policy
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial roofing sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing and networking
Willingness and physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation:
Top performers earn $200K-$450K+ annually
