Company Overview: Urban Grow Group (U.G.G) is a social equity-driven consulting firm, with a diverse team of business, government, and healthcare professionals. Our team members monitor state and national regulatory landscapes and can advise on various sectors and industries. We collaborate with government policymakers, community leaders, and business industry experts to provide strategic consulting plans. : The purpose of this engagement is to assist the with activities and outreach efforts across the state of Florida. The outreach specialist will engage with communities and hold events as well as meetings to provide individuals with information on how to obtain assistance with growing their businesses. Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in volunteer services or community outreach
- Ability to coordinate staff and volunteer activities.
- Ability to interpret program trends, results, and related data to formulate recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong skills in planning and problem solving.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
- 3-5 years\' experience with social services or service/program delivery
- At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
- Flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
