Fulfillment Team Lead

You'll be an essential part of our fulfillment leadership team, helping to ensure every package lives up to our rigorous standards of quality and efficiency. In our temperature-controlled environment, you will be a leader who helps drive our team to new heights, orchestrating daily operations and pioneering improvements that will shape the future of our company. Your role is vital to our mission, and your leadership, alongside your fellow teammates, will ensure that our premium, ranch-raised beef is delivered to our customers with the care and integrity it deserves. You'll report directly to the Fulfillment Manager and play a critical role in our continued growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Forecasting & Planning:

Manage our shipment forecast and schedules to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.

Innovation:

Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety and efficiency across our operation. Manage special projects and custom requests that will help us continue to grow and serve our customers in new ways.

Operational Excellence:

Develop and uphold our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead training sessions that ensure every team member understands and delivers on our commitment to quality.

Managing details:

Generate forklift pull sheets.

Upholding our standards:

Oversee the training and sorting of products to ensure only the highest quality of beef makes its way to our customers.

Managing your team:

Ensure our company's policies are followed with integrity. Participate in performance evaluations and help build a team that's as passionate about our product as we are. Monitor attendance and help with other personnel related issues.

What We're Looking For:

A leader: Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar supervisory role.

A natural communicator: Strong leadership and communication skills.

A builder of standards: The ability to develop and implement SOPs and training programs.

A detail-oriented planner: Proficiency in scheduling, forecasting, and inventory management.

A champion of safety: Familiarity with forklift operations and warehouse safety standards.

A problem-solver at heart: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience

in a warehouse or fulfillment environment, with

1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong understanding of

logistics, inventory management, and shipping operations

. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with

computers and online reporting/data entry.

Demonstrated experience with

process improvement

and implementing operational efficiencies. High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
