About the Role:

Canyon Crest Surgical is seeking an experiencedRN OR Managerto lead our Operating Room and PACU teams. This role focuses on staff scheduling, OR workflow, protocol compliance, and team supervision. The OR Manager will report directly to the Business Manager and ensure efficient and professional OR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and oversee daily operations of all ORs and PACU areas.

Develop and manage staff schedules for OR, PACU, and overnight suite coverage.

Supervise, train, and support OR and PACU teams.

Ensure compliance with all OR protocols, policies, and regulatory standards.

Optimize case flow and resource allocation for Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Spine procedures.

Maintain professional, respectful communication with all team members.

Support leadership goals and foster a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license in Utah.

Proven experience managing OR and/or PACU teams.

Significant OR experience in Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Spine cases.

Experience managing complex OR staff scheduling.

Knowledge of OR protocols, perioperative procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

BSN degree.

CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification.

Experience in a QUADA-certified ASC.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
