Job Description

Oversees the operations of a food fleet, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance while leading a high-performing team. Responsible for coordinating logistics, managing staff, and maintaining service standards across mobile food operations.

Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, logistics, and delivery coordination. Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain service and productivity standards. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies. Support events, catering, and special operational initiatives.

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in food service, catering, or hospitality management; food truck or mobile food operations experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management, Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
