Looking for a candidate with some technical abilities and extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, Adobe and Outlook and other software's to join our team. IT background or some experience preferred.
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning and control of all aspects of the project life cycle as well as the production floor. They will report directly to the Owner. Candidate must implement proper programs to ensure product accuracy and efficiency. This will be an hourly full time position. Responsibilities will include:
Perform all duties of day to day operations as needed.
Completing projects according to client specifications.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients.
Processing electronic data to client specified formats.
Data validation and QC of projects.
Learning new systems, software platforms and specifications as required.
MUST be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Working with clients to ensure proper specifications for technical deliverables.
Ordering supplies and assist with running of the office on a day to day basis.
Ability to produce accurate and timely work.
Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt well to change.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Work well in a team environment.
Eligible for performance bonuses and advancement.
Hours mainly M-F, 8am-5pm.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
