TeamPHCA is seeking an US-Based operations manager to work closely with our startup homecare agency that supports adults with Autism, Special Needs & Developmental Disabilities. We are seeking for the operations manager to manage multiple teams, create and implement new process for our (4) departments and develop key metric reports to be sent to all C-Level members. TeamPHCA would like for the operations manager to see through small and large projects to fulfillment to include coordinating and overseeing our business-related events. Must be able leverage your current book of business to bring in clients to the agency Other duties assigned Case Management
Overseeing all DSPs, Leads (DSP, Recruitment, Case Management), Recruitment & Case Management & Virtual Assistants
Compliance with 6100,6400 regulations
Quarterly, monthly, and annual reviews
Medical record reviews
Coordinate and complete initial and on-going assessments with clients
Ensure services are being delivered per the ISP
Recruitment/Onboarding
Improve the process and decrease the current Recruitment Life Cycle
Interview/hire admin staff
Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Information Session
Partners with internal stakeholders regarding the planning and administration of employee training and development plans needed to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to compete effectively and meet the organization\'s mission, vision and value
HR
Audit employee\xe2\x80\x99s personnel records and training records.
Annual Licensing and Inspection
Annual qualification renewals
Quality Assurance and Incident Management
Complete all assigned administrative tasks relative to the program.
Develop long-term person-centered relationship with individuals
Works with the team to ensure the goals are achieved.
Interface with local, state, and governmental agencies
Participates in the corporate decision-making process.
Monitors treatment activities and recommends improvement as needed.
Monitors delivery of services to maintain quality of care.
Performs other duties as assigned.
