Looking for a remote operations manager for a Facility maintenance commercial company to oversee employees and work orders start to finish The Operations Manager is a key part of our management team and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor including field services. This position is responsible for overall productivity, maintaining and following up on work, pricing with markups, client relations, internal and external company work order management software. Serve as a company representative with both internal and external customers. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include work order management, assigning and completing work, interviewing, client follow ups, selection and hiring, training new and existing employees, planning, assigning and directing work, employee\xe2\x80\x99s performance appraisals, addressing employee performance and corrective action plans, and employee motivation and rewards. This position will also oversee maintenance of grounds, buildings, and properties work will be primarily monday - friday 8-430 Some weekends may be needed Phone, computer and keyboard experience is a must Previous Facility management experience a plus! this is a fast paced and detail oriented job Work from home you will be assigning, overseeing, and following up on work orders Must be disciplined to work from home and manage work orders an employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits:

Experience:

• Business Strategy & Management Occupations: 3 years (Required)
• work order management: 3 years (Required)
• operation or managerial: 3 years (Preferred)
