As an integration engineer, you know the importance of ensuring synchronization of operations for exercise support. You\xe2\x80\x99re eager to apply your consulting experience and mission area focus in support of the Department of Defense to develop creative solutions. On our team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead a team that designs, develops, and implements solutions for software integration projects across functions or between organizations that\xe2\x80\x99ll impact the client. Using an agile framework, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with simulation engineers and simulation operators to integrate across several functional areas in support of the mission set. You will plan, organize, and conduct integration projects that meet design specifications and standards from inception to completion. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll impact the client by ensuring integration and synchronization to exercise support objectives.   • 10+ years of experience supporting MQ-9 and MQ-1 flight operations, training, and future development
  • 8+ years of experience performing MQ-9 Evaluator and Instructor Sensor Operator duties
  • 5+ years of experience supporting USAF MQ-9 Developmental and Operational Flight Test efforts
  • Experience designing, testing, and executing high-fidelity live, virtual, and LVC training scenarios for Joint Operations Cell and Joint Terminal Attack Controllers
  • Knowledge of ISR, AI, CAS, SCAR, KS, PR/CSAR, and JADO/GPC mission sets
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience managing, forecasting, coordinating, and executing MQ-9 Flight Test operations
  • 3+ years of experience executing customers\xe2\x80\x99 simulation, modeling, and scenario development requirements
  • Experience utilizing MACE, GRNTS, and VRSG to develop LVC rehearsal, upgrade training, and pre-deployment scenarios
  • Experience with diagnosis, troubleshooting, and technical remedies for the PRINCE MQ-9 flight simulator

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
