T&T Repair is a fast-growing HD Diesel Truck and Trailer Repair company in Logan, UT. We support Fleets with shop service, mobile repairs, and breakdown response. We're hiring an

Operations Administrator

to own the office side of the business and keep everything moving smoothly.

This role is critical. You'll be the hub between customers, technicians, vendors, and leadership. If you're organized, reliable, and take pride in running a tight operation, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Creating and sending invoices daily Following up on unpaid invoices and managing accounts receivable Setting up service orders and entering job details Communicating with customers about job status and billing Matching purchase orders, parts receipts, and vendor invoices Maintaining accurate records in our shop software (Fullbay) Organizing office files and daily reports Assisting with employee onboarding paperwork and timecards

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and follow-through Some background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (formal or hands-on) Comfortable reviewing numbers and catching mistakes Confident on the phone with customers and vendors Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Office or administrative experience preferred Experience in a repair shop, construction, or trades environment is a plus
