We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant/Runnner to support our administrative team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing clerical tasks, and assisting with office operations to ensure smooth daily functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, with experience in office management and administrative support.
Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, providing courteous customer service
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
Coordinate errands such as running documents or supplies within the office or to external locations
Provide general administrative support including typing, copying, and scanning documents
Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Proven experience in an office environment, clerical work, or administrative support roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
Experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is advantageous
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $13.00 - $13.75 per hour
