Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell. The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours by performing accounting, guest service, and front desk duties. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Balance and reconcile daily accounts, including room charges, payments, and adjustments. Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries during overnight hours. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review. Monitor hotel security and safety during the night shift. Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a hotel night auditor, preferably within the Hilton brand. Strong knowledge of hotel front desk operations and accounting procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight hours. Proficient with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or accounting is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Hilton Experience is a plus. Familiarity with Hilton Garden Inn property management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
