```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, and balancing financial transactions
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and requests
- Monitor and ensure the security of the premises during the night shift
- Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks as required

```Experience```
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and guest services
- Familiarity with front desk procedures and night audit processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems
- Multilingual skills are a plus
