Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a prestigious hotel/resort. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during late hours, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities - Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments - Perform end-of-day accounting tasks and reconcile daily transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with security procedures during the night shift Qualifications - Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred - Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills - Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
