Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations. Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process reservations and cancellations through hotel management software. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest accommodations are ready. Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in a resort or hotel setting is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing guest interactions.
