Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the security and financial integrity of the hotel during the night shift. Responsibilities

Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports Greet guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and courtesy Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest services Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities during shift Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting as required Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred; hotel experience is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest interactions via various channels Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently during overnight hours Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of service Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a regular basis; availability for weekends is desirable but not essential
