Job Description


Lead Analyst/Team Process Lead - Testing Services IT New Client Implementation - Primary responsibility is to assess/enhance team process and manage essential supporting documentation for tracking, reporting, and metrics for the Joint Client E2E Testing Shared Service Team. This team supports/leads end to end (E2E) testing for all new client implementations, new product implementations (CSP and ONEPA for example), and major initiatives with current clients as required.

Responsible for developing/managing effective and efficient processes that will support and optimize the team\'s ability to function in an organized and consistent way, while executing high-complexity testing initiatives for large cornerstone new client implementations. Actively participate in a culture of consistent delivery, responsibility, and clear, dependable communication. Support the creation/delivery of artifacts like status reports, test plans, and clear communication strategies that can be shared internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Shared Service Team with keeping Sr. Leadership informed of project status, milestones, deliverables, potential risks, financials, etc.
  • Support/coordinate repeatable process of creating test plans for clients
  • Develop process to support key stakeholder alignment internally and with clients to ensure all parties have visibility to key milestone plans for testing, tracking critical deliverables, and mapping dependencies (in advance) to ensure successful testing
  • Assess current process of end to end testing initiation to make sure all stakeholder know how to request services and who to partner with to create test plans, make recommendations for any opportunities for process improvement along the way
  • Support tracking process that aligns with readiness support teams prior to Go-Live so everyone is aware of any known issues if applicable prior to go live
  • Partner with colleagues across the Client Engagement & Technology Solutions Org to build out cross-functional/collaborative processes for enhanced synergy wherever there are opportunities to partner more closely on the "hand-off" points within the "Client Technology Life Cycle"
  • Partner with primary POCs across the Client Engagement & Technology Solutions Org to provide monthly metrics and cross-functional/collaborative storytelling via quarterly Iris Article submissions

Education/Work experience requirements
  • Project Management and/or Process Improvement/Operational Excellence (Lean six sigma) Certification (CSM, PMP, etc.) or experience practicing PM methods (Agile vs Waterfall etc.) preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in establishing solid, cross-functional processes with repeatable, high-quality results
  • Excellent communication skills - demonstrated stakeholder management and project tracking/reporting skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions with limited guidance with process changes that can affect the team as well as our clients
  • Demonstrated ability to track and record metrics that are measurable and best represent the areas where the Shared Service Testing Team adds the most value
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel/MS Office
