Job Description

Join us, as a Behavioral Health Sales Administration and Operational analyst. This position is within the Behavioral Health GTM and strategy office, where it will play a key role in supporting the GTM team in building and executing sales specific functions and responsibilities such as building sales reporting, develop and organize client facing materials, maintain the sales pipeline, attending sales pipeline calls, support RFPs and pricing proposals as primary functions along with close alignment with business development, sales enablement and sales teams.

As a Sales Analyst, you\'ll be an expert in the sales cycle functions to support the tracking of the behavioral health pipeline and sales goals. You\'ll advise the sales team on progress to goal, coordinating with the enterprise sales matrix partners on sales opportunities, working with Business Development on new leads, and a direct impact on the sales funnel and momentum. As such, this position requires a knowledge of our Behavioral Health Solutions and pre-sale and sales environments. The position also requires an understanding of Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Excel, OneNote, and ability to work with sales and account team, quickly respond to a face paced work environment, and work closely with other stakeholders in the enterprise.

This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop knowledge in Behavioral Health solutions, and other Behavioral Health initiatives to support client and internal partner questions in the sales process andmethods to overcome barriers.
  • Support client specific strategies in partnership with Clinical Account Executive, using market landscape knowledge to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities based on client needs.
  • Support Behavioral Health execution of client requests for proposals (RFP\'s)
  • Serve as a central point of contact for our internal cross-functional partners and for external parties.
  • Support client presentations with the creation of client facing presentations Health solutions.
  • Generate sales reports.
  • Maintenance of the sales funnel and pipeline
  • Track progress to goal
Qualifications:
  • 3 years sales support experience
  • 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Comfortable with data and running reports
  • Demonstrate ability to develop strategy, sequence, and execute on the tactical initiatives to advance the sales team.
  • Ability to influence senior level leadership within and outside of the organization; must work well cross functionally.
  • Drives alignment across multiple levels and teams through collaboration.
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate tough decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 66,800 - 111,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
