We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate IT Network Engineer to join the talented IT Department at Festival Foods. The IT Network Engineer is responsible for analyzing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing a complex network infrastructure across our 48 Store locations (and growing) along with our two data centers in WI and cloud tenants. :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes networking environment by installing, configuring, testing, and documenting the equipment/network systems according to the design and specifications.
  • Take part in day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability within minimal interruption between a complex multi-site enterprise network
  • Provides technical support, responds to work orders and tickets from the users, analyzes and solves reported network problems.
  • Configuration of firewall security settings to access permissions groups for individuals and sets up provisions for incoming data.
  • Participates in network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including installation of hardware, software, and integration testing, as well as coordinating these activities without disturbing function of other systems.
  • Create and update documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of communications hardware or software.
  • Strong Cisco / Telephony experience including CUCM, UCCE, ISE and DNAC
  • Experience working with Telecom carriers
  • SIP gateways experience and SIP/Telco interconnection/routing.
  • Telephony skills including WAN/Telco carrier products such as POTS, ISDN, T1, PRI, DS3, 3G/4G and PBX, IVR, Cat3/5e/6, SM/MM fiber optics and coax.
  • Network and Wireless skills including Wireless technologies - such as RADIUS, LWAPP, Cisco ACS, Wireless security, and encryption (802.11i, WPA/WPA2, 802.1x), Firewalls, Routers, Switches etc.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) or more years of experience as an IT Network Engineer or related experience.
  • Cisco certifications (preferred) or relevant Network certification(s)
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Proven experience supporting a 24x7 operations.
  • Understanding of operational best practices, configuration management, and security controls.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Sitting or standing at a computer 50% of the time
  • Bending, stretching, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. is required



WORK SCHEDULE

The IT Network Engineer is a full-time, salaried position. May be required to work overtime, provide on call support (weekends and holidays), and occasional travel.
