The National Account Finance Manager for our PeopleReady business unit will work in close collaboration with the National Account Team and PeopleReady Operations Leaders to provide reporting, analysis, financial modeling and recommendations to support business decisions. This position is remote and reports to the VP of PeopleReady FP&A and works closely with the National Accounts Leadership Team. Key responsibilities for the position are:

  • Partner with National Accounts Team to grow sales and profit - Become a business partner to the national account and sales organization to increase revenue and improve national account profitability.
  • Develop monthly P/L statements and review process for the top PeopleReady customers. In collaboration with the National Account and Operations Teams, leverage monthly reporting and additional analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth, profit expansion and reduction of business risk.
  • Review monthly P/L statements, create a process to identify bottom performers, and work with operations team to identify improvement action plans. Track performance against action plans and escalate any gaps. In collaboration with the operations team, leverage monthly reporting (both financial and operational) and additional analysis to identify opportunities for profit expansion and reduction of business risk.
  • Support National Account & RFP Pricing Requests - Provide support to pricing team on all deals that meet established revenue and profitability thresholds.
  • Needed support will vary by deal, but may include the following: pro-forma financial statements, profitability benchmarking, analysis of non-standard terms (i.e. extended pricing terms), review of pricing templates, data gathering, analysis to support deal structure, leadership summaries, risk assessment, etc.
  • Recommend enhancements to pro forma deal profitability template and attain buy-in to implement enhancements.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure appropriate treatment of contract terms (e.g., rebate accruals)
  • Month End Reporting - In partnership with National Accounts, maintain reporting of sales funnel, wins and losses for month end, quarterly earnings and Board of Directors reviews.
  • Track profitability of new wins vs. pro forma (revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA) to lead to course corrections; incorporate learnings into future bids.
  • Review pipeline history and develop insights into pipeline / win / revenue generation timelines and probabilities to drive more data driven new win forecasts
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficient financial acumen and a customer service mindset. He or she is self-motivated with an eye for process improvement and problem solving. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. In addition, the successful candidate should have the following:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with 6-8 years related experience.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise executive-level summary.
  • Autonomous self-starter who leads the direction of pricing processes / improvements for the organization.
  • Ability to prepare and present financial analysis to \xe2\x80\x9cnon-finance\xe2\x80\x9d audience.
  • Ability to handle significant quantities of data with high levels of accuracy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills; knowledge of Oracle ERP, SQL and Tableau a plus.
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $93,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year plus an annual bonus program. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate\'s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee\'s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
