Job Purpose and Impact

The NA Regional Instrumentation Reliability Engineer will provide technical support and specialist knowledge for overall governance on standards, application, gaps, solutions and measurements to increase reliability, production quality, efficiency and volume for the FIBI NA business. In this role, you will contribute to maintenance and reliability activities through related instrumentation engineering to enable and improve our capabilities by providing technical support for the organization. Key Accountabilities

Support the development of the most effective approach to identify, monitor and implement instrumentation engineering standards, policies, procedures and job aids.
Provide input to cross functional teams to select and implement tools and methodologies that will enable best practices.
Provide direct support and delivery of instrumentation services for the NA FIBI organization, including support of training gap identification and development of training plans.
Partner with Smart Manufacturing to support the planning and implementation of instrumentation engineering standards and deliverables in capital projects.
Execute the tactical development and delivery oversight of vision, direction and strategy for instrumentation engineering for FIBI.
Identify opportunities and bridge instrumentation engineering gaps in applications by establishing auditing control mechanisms.
Propose and develop recommendations in areas of improvement and by implementing solutions to improve performance and identify acceptable risk tolerance.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Lean six sigma Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification Formal training in Predictive Maintenance technologies (vibration, infrared thermography, motor circuit, oil analysis, ultrasound, non-destructive examination) Formal training in RE principles (cause analysis, 5Y, Operator Care, RCM, FMEA, 5S)
Project management and process safety management experience

The expected salary for this position is $135,000-155,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
