Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience using Mulesoft Anypoint

• 1+ yrs developing integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Data bricks and APIM

• 5+ years of experience in working on RESTful APIs using any Integration technologies

• 3+ yr experience working as a Development lead

• 1+ years experience with Java

• 5+ years of experience in agile methodology and tools (Rally and Aha)

• 1+ yr Experience with Github, Jenkins, CI/CD and other devops technologies

• 3+ yr with writing SQL queries

• 10+ years of progressive IT or IT related experience

• strong analytical skills, communication skills creative solutioning and a can-do attitude

Preferred Skills:

• 1+ years experience with batch integrations

• 1+ years experience with Insurance domain, preferably healthcare

• Experience with Azure Data Bricks and Azure Functions

• Experience working as a DevOps Engineer

• Experience with API certifications

• Experience with Technical documentation

• Experience as a Systems Analyst

• Experience as a Scrum Master

responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and implement software solutions using identified Integration technology stack

- Analyze existing software functionality and code to identify cause of bugs and design solutions

- Create and maintain technical artifacts such as flow design, API specs, data model and technical design specifications

- Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing

- Design and develop reusable flows, components, frameworks and libraries

- Work with Product owners, business analysts, architects, developers and other stakeholders to groom & solution features

- Review code and approve code merges, providing technical guidance & best practices

- Leads small projects, mentor, train other team members and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training

- Provide input to forecasting and planning activities.

- Aligning to the agile methodology with the delivery team and actively participating in the agile ceremonies

- Ensuring product backlog is created and groomed

- Managing the stakeholder expectations in a matrix organization structure

- Monitor, Manage and provide updates on status to appropriate audience

- Doing technical analysis on the issues seen by the customers and identifying RCA and providing functional solution to it

- Ensuring focus on customer facing metrics and identify opportunities based on feedback from the stakeholders

- Proactively identifying opportunities of improvement from market research, customer feedback, stakeholder feedback, technical debt

- Manage the scrum team, creating and managing user stories, rally defects

- Helping with spring planning and status reporting
