The Motion Control Engineering division is looking for a Co-Op to assist with a newly awarded customer programs related to the robotics/material handling automation industry.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage a database for components, requesting quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking supplier lead times.
• 
  Assist with prototype builds, design of prototype assist tooling, and managing CAD data in company database systems.
• 
  Test and create related documentation
• 
  Help set up and perform motor testing

Requirements:

• 
  BSME/EE undergraduate study, JR or early SR level
• 
  Able to work 40 hrs/week
• 
  Opportunity is for Summer/Fall 2023 with opportunity to extend in to 2024
• 
  Experience with common shop hand tools
• 
  CAD experience a plus (Pro Engineer Creo preferred)
• 
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• 
  Capable of writing reports based on testing completed
