Job Description
Mitigation Techs provide a valuable service when water, fire and mold damage property. Together with other crew memebers, they perform all the steps necessary to mitigate and clean after accidents and natural disasters affect the community. Candidates with a willingness to learn and a desire to build a future for themselves have a clear path for success.

- A high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience

- Prepared to work late hours and weekends on an emergency basis
- Responsible for productivity and quality of work performed
- Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment
- Observe rigid safety guidelines at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients, co-workers, the general public, and management
- Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
