Job Description
The Right Person for this position is motivated by being essential to the scope of work involved when disaster strikes, taking pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage) that aid their community.
Responsibilities :
- Execute well-established protocols on-location where property has been damaged by natural or accidental event such as flood.
- High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager or Crew Chief.
- Excellent customer service.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with superiors, co-workers, clients and subcontractors.
- Experienced in customer service.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Valid driver\'s license with a clean record.
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
- Interested in learning new things.
