The solution architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the business needs of an organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a solution that enables our customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service and improve our overall customer satisfaction. Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the technical team in the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Customer Insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify key business processes that will be supported by the new solution.
Develop a solution architecture that is scalable, efficient, and meets the needs of the business.
Drive the implementation of Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
Manage the development process, including code review, testing, and deployment.
Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements.
Provide guidance and support to the development team and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems.
Assist engineering teams in eliminating technical debt.
Utilize Azure DevOps CI/CD for deployment.
Automated testing (Unit, Integration, End-End, Performance) to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of the solution
Document technical design and architecture and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.
Ensure that the implementation is delivered on time and within budget.
Skills:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong experience in developing and delivering solutions for Customer Service Representatives.
Proven experience in solution architecture, including developing scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including integration with other systems.
Experience with Azure, .NET, and SQL Server.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to technical problems.
Experience in assisting engineering teams in eliminating technical debt.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
