Position: Junior Rewards Analyst

Your Job Will Be:
The Member Analyst will analyze medical claims and provider data to identify members seeking high value care at a fair price. Your work will help influence our customers into making informed decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Become an expert in the analysis of medical claims and provider data
• Review data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and validate expected trends
• Translate messy data into simple and actionable results
• Contribute to the ongoing development of analytics tools and processes
• Contribute ideas and perspective; propose new approaches to problems
• Explain complex technical details to a general audience

Technical Proficiencies:

• Relational Database querying and DDL (MySQL, SQL Server, etc)

• Microsoft Office Tools
• Experience working with complex and messy data sets

Work Experience and background:

• 
  1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with data analytics
• Strong organizational skills and time management capacity to balance multiple project priorities with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and work product validation
• Strong investigative skills with ability to search beyond the initial results
• Education (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or greater, or equivalent practical experience) in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, finance, or economics
