Pay & Raise Policy

Starting pay:

$15.00/hour

Annual raises:

$0.50-$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history

Wage cap:

$17.00/hour

At the cap?

You'll receive an annual

cost of living bonus

, paid out over time instead of a raise

Schedule

: All shifts available -

all schedules include every other weekend

Shift differentials:

Dependent on the shift and location

Medication Aide Responsibilities

Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting) Administer medications Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards

Medication Aide Requirements

CBRF certification is required Must pass a caregiver background check Strong attendance and professionalism Compassionate and reliable team player
