We're looking for a detail-driven Medical Coder & Biller who thrives in a tech-enabled environment and wants to help shape the future of healthcare operations.

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated clinical documentation for coding accuracy and compliance Assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on encounter data Submit claims and ensure timely reimbursement across payers Manage denials, appeals, and payer communications with audit-ready documentation Collaborate with clinical and product teams to refine coding workflows and automation logic Stay current on payer guidelines, coding updates, and regulatory changes

What We're Looking For

Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent 2+ years of experience in medical coding and billing (primary care preferred) Strong understanding of coding compliance, payer rules, and RCM workflows Comfortable working with AI-generated documentation and digital platforms Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to accuracy
