job summary:
Mechanical Technician needed for immediate consideration for temp to direct employment in the South Shore Boston, MA area. There are multiple 1st and 2nd shift positions available!!

This person\'s primary responsibilities will be to perform and ensure production assembly tasks are actively completed to meet production schedules while upholding the highest level of quality. The right person will have experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and will assemble products by using a variety of tools, fixtures, based on clear work instructions.

This person will have a proven employment track record and should have excellent communication skills. The ability to coach, train, and lead other assemblers and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies is a huge plus.

This position is expected to be able to work in a team environment and also as work with very limited supervision.

responsibilities:

• 4 years in a regulated manufacturing environment / ISO 13485 preferred

• Understanding of Good Documentation Practices

• Understand, support, and comply with the Company Quality System requirements

• Ability to perform soldering tasks

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, work instructions and procedure manuals

• Team leadership experience

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, work instructions and procedure manuals

• Training experience.

• Cleanroom assembly experience beneficial, preferably ISO Class 7

• Experience with working to time standards.

• High School graduate.
