Job Flexibility

• Hybrid Position: The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work-based business needs.

Overview
The basic function of the Materials Planning Analyst is to ensure production at the sites can run efficiently with minimal inventory and no premium costs due to overtime or expedite freight. Optimize releases for key suppliers and development and evaluation of inventory projects.


Job Responsibilities:

• Review and take appropriate action for planned orders.
• Inform site of shortages, schedule changes, and related build plans.
• Maintain up to date shortage files and follow up accordingly.
• Maintain inventory stratification and review monthly forecast.
• Perform monthly analysis of safety stock and part parameters.
• Monitor accuracy of MRP system.
• Conduct scheduling meetings to expedite material from suppliers/internal operations.
• Support annual physical inventory at sites as required
• Identification of inventory projects.
• Maintains training documents for responsibilities

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Management, or related field required
• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in operation, procurement and/or Information Technology preferred
• Experience with PC Based programs such as SQL and Oracle ERP System
• Experience with Microsoft Suite applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to speak and read Spanish desired
• Able to work independently required
