In this position, you will lead the overall scheduling, materials fulfillment, and inventory control for all Larson Operations.

Position Location: Brookings, South Dakota (relocation is available for this role)

Key responsibilities include:

• Master planning and scheduling production, raw material demand, and inventory accuracy
• Participate in the S&OP Process collaboratively with demand planning team - optimizing service, Inventory, and operational costs.
• Drive KPI achievement and updates in daily/weekly huddles and service meetings
• Define and achieve finished goods inventory levels to meet customer expectations
• Oversee all ERP, MPS, MRP processes to insure proper demand and flow of finished goods, subassemblies, and raw materials.
• Identify bottlenecks to achieving customer expectations and work with appropriate management to see that constraints are removed.
• Backorder management and appropriate communication to leadership and customer service
• Oversee management and disposition of excess and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure appropriate data management, including new item setup and discontinued products

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in related field
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• APICS Certification a plus
• Strong customer service skills including: oral and written communications, ability to influence, and problem solving.
• Planning and system skills. Vision to plan ahead on a large scale.
• Strong organizational skills
• MRP/ERP experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, actively pursue and drive continuous improvement activities, and demonstrate strong leadership characteristics.
• Travel once per quarter
