Job Description


ADP is hiring a Learning and Compliance Manager: In this role, The Learning and Compliance Manager is responsible for the strategy and management of ADP\'s Global Compliance Learning program as well as special compliance projects as needed. The Compliance Manager is a member of the Global HR Policy and Compliance team, and reports to the Senior Director, Global HR Policy & Compliance, within the HR Shared Services center of excellence (COE).

What you\'ll do:

Global Compliance Learning Program

  • Develop the strategy in advance of each fiscal year\'s Global Compliance Learning Program.
  • Manage overall program and action plan and drive all workstreams to completion.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in various organizations including Legal, Human Resources, GSO, Procurement and Enterprise Learning to ensure compliance requirements are met. This includes working with leadership at all levels across the enterprise.
  • Ensure curriculum content and other materials meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with ADP\'s business objectives. Including:
  • Manage the translation and localization of all compliance learning courses and materials.
  • Manage the content review and user acceptance testing of all compliance eLearning to ensure content accuracy and a positive learner experience.
  • Ensure approval of all final content is received by content owner.
  • Collaborate with HR Works Councils liaisons in various countries to ensure necessary reviews are completed and approvals are received.
  • Keep abreast of ADP policy changes and stay current with pending regulatory development identify and share new learning needs, or revisions.
  • Manage the relationship with our Compliance Learning vendor and ensure we are maximizing the value of our contract. Audit all program related incoming invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Design and develop collateral related to the Compliance Learning Program, including but not limited to course content, job aids, resource documents and associate communications.
  • Ensure New Hire, Leave of Absence, and Contingent Worker Training Assignments and Processes are documented and followed to meet regulatory and business requirements.
  • Respond to requests from Global partners for all in-county compliance related learning needs including course assignments and reporting completion statistics.
  • Manage all internal and external audit requests related to compliance learning (i.e., SOC and BSA/AML).
  • Perform all administrative tasks needed to support the compliance learning program including Learning Management System administration, reporting, and monitoring department email and Salesforce queue.
General Compliance
  • Leads projects to address regulatory mandates, or risk-based internal mandates. Manages compliance calendars, scheduling, and leading meetings with compliance representatives from COEs, and tracking workstream progress. Conducts audits, works with global partners, develops gap analysis and recommendations to close gaps.
  • Create and track all projects/workstreams in ADP project management tool.
  • Develop and implement action plan for required compliance changes (work with the legal team to monitor and track regulatory changes in high-risk areas (i.e., paid sick time; pay equity); summarize the nature of the regulation and how it impacts ADP).
  • Supports legal and compliance objectives for the associate population as needed with employment law focus.
  • Has authority to raise compliance issues and concerns directly to HR leaders, HR attorneys, Central Compliance, the Ethics Department/Hotline, and the other avenues as provided in the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • The Compliance Program Manager must like to write (creates S.O. Ps) and know how to communicate with a large audience of employees ("associates") both in writing and verbally.
  • Compliance Program Manager has a certain level of oversight of the Compliance Learning program, and resources, due to its high-profile nature.
  • Build content, discussion items and follow up actions for regular meetings of the Global Policy and Learning Council comprised of members of our Legal team, our Global Security Organization, and our Enterprise Learning Team.
  • Build and deliver content to our global partners in ESI, GBS and Canada.
  • Regularly communicate with Sr. Director, HR Compliance, and head of HR Shared Services COE about regulatory changes, projects, and program.
Experience and Qualifications required:

A college degree is great but not required. What\'s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don\'t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
  • Minimum of at least 5 years of HR, legal, compliance, Learning, audit, and/or risk management experience. 6+ years preferred.
  • Experience working for a large corporation in an HR/ compliance role.
  • Experience with risk analysis, development and documentation of controls/standard operating procedures, and process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation building (PowerPoint) and delivery skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software/tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong "people" skills.
  • Ability to track and navigate regulatory requirements in labor and employment space, and drive changes in HR needed for compliance.
  • Ability to create, document, and follow succinct action plans, and drive others to meet milestones needed for completion.
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems at their source.
Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing and Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of human capital management and/or financial services industries, and components thereof
  • Experience in the areas of HR, legal, data privacy, payroll with a compliance focus.
  • Advanced degrees and/or certifications in legal field
  • BA in Business Administration or liberal arts required. Concentration in Human Resources, English, Communication, Political Science
