Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced

Master Barber

who is skilled, reliable, and customer-focused. You'll play a key role in setting the tone for our shop and growing our client base. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for men's grooming, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Provide a full range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, fades, beard trims, waxing, facials, and styling. Maintain a clean and professional workstation and adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques. Help maintain the positive culture and professional image of the shop.

Qualifications

Valid Tennessee Barber License (Master Barber preferred). Experienced Master Barber Preferred Proficiency in classic and modern barbering techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
