We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Barber Instructor

Deliver engaging and effective classroom and hands-on instruction in barbering techniques. Prepare lesson plans and ensure alignment with Virginia state board requirements. Demonstrate haircutting, shaving, grooming, and sanitation practices. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and evaluations. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance documentation. Foster a positive and professional learning environment. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and state regulations.
Qualifications:
Current Virginia Barber License Current Instructor license Previous teaching or training experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $59,311.59 - $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Warrenton, VA 20186
