Mason / Tuckpointer / Bricklayer
Job Description
As a Restoration Mason with Owen Masonry, you'll be part of a team that respects each other, values safety and takes pride in doing industry-best restoration masonry. Attention to detail and willingness to pitch-in to get the job done are important.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Cutting and grinding out mortar joints
Tuckpointing
Laying brick, block and stone
Stone patching
Caulking
Waterproofing
Installing through-wall flashing
Operating a variety of equipment including aerial lifts
Setting up and taking down scaffolding
Assisting with training other crew members
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work at various heights from scaffolding, swing stages or aerial lifts
Willingness to pitch in to get the job done
Respect for safety and willingness to follow Owen Masonry safety policies
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
