Role: Help the Credit Union accomplish its mission and obtain its objectives by helping to implement marketing and advertising projects/activities that focus on the Credit Union\'s mission and strategic objectives. Support the development and dissemination of marketing and advertising materials.

• Coordinate the production and distribution of product and service campaigns such as auto loans, home equity line of credit, checking accounts, certificate of deposit, etc.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of various marketing materials such as inserts, brochures, ancillary products, and other product and service-related materials.
• Create and maintain messaging for assigned communication channels according to guidelines including on-hold messaging, in-lobby screens, etc.
• Coordinate the production of quarterly newsletters.
• Monitor and maintain rate advertising channels for print and digital display and other directories in which the credit union is listed.
• Coordinate direct mail and member marketing for ancillary programs including member insurance offers, shared branching services, Love My Credit Union Rewards, and automated product mailings.
• Work collaboratively with marketing team members on various projects throughout the year such as new member initiatives, member retention, commercials, marketing strategies, events, etc.
• Participate in multi-department projects to implement and execute new products, services, and systems requiring marketing assistance such as input, member communication, and advertising.
• Take part in developing concepts, copy, and offers for various product and service campaigns throughout the year.
• Provide copywriting and editing for various channels including website content, products and services, member communications, staff communications, newsletters, and weekly/bi-weekly blogs.
• Participate with in-person meetings and events as assigned.

Experience Required: One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Skills Required: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite and Photoshop.

Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
